CeramicSpeed ball bearings

Hybrid bearings with ceramic balls from Danish manufacturer CeramicSpeed. Types are Insulate (electric motors etc.), Xtreme (contaminated environments) and Corrotec (corrosion resistant, for e.g. food).

Ceramic balls are non-conductive and have an insulating capacity of at least 2.5 kV.

Ceramic bearings have 4-8 times longer service life than steel bearings and up to 70% lower energy consumption in the bearings. The operating temperature in a hybrid bearing is 14-47 degrees Celsius lower than in standard steel bearings.
